Well it obvious! Of course he is. Hes good with animals and hes more outdoorsy, (Scouts, camping, take photos of leaves!) To a horse hes calmer and softer voiced. Tonys jumping around and mixed body language would make it jumpy, which would make Tony jumpy. Vicious circle.
