To start with, I wanted to share an awesome pic from last nights episode

So first off, I loved Tim and Tony wrestling over the file and some of the earlier shots in the scene are highly suggestive if you think of them with their ties and jackets on and their pants off :-D

What I really loved best is the follow-up where Tim very sincerely tells Tony that they are missing One Very Special Agent.
