I have this idea in my head that Tony really likes sitting in McGee's lap because McGee is sleek and soft like a cat, and it also makes for really good foreplay. So back when he was sort-of-living-with-McGee, he always sat in McGee's lap because McGee doesn't have a couch. He really misses doing that.
